Panhandle Eurotech's mission is to take a different approach on the automotive repair industry by using values, honesty, and quality of service to better the general public's views of the automotive repair business as a whole! While continuing to grow and expand so that we may deliver our quality of service to as many people as possible.
Robert Morton and Chris Lumpkin were both techs at a local Amarillo BMW dealership when they made the decision to start their own auto repair business. After seeing the direction the dealership was taking in terms of fairness to both its customers and employees, they saw there was a real need in the Amarillo area for an auto repair and maintenance option with knowledge, training, and integrity.
By working at the dealership during the day and at their own shop in the evenings (often until midnight or 1:00 am) for nearly a year, Robert and Chris managed to gather enough support and financial stability to make the shop their fulltime gig. Since then, the business took off and has grown quickly. Panhandle EuroTech now has six fulltime employees, and is busy all day, every day.
This is Robert, He owns and operates Panhandle Eurotech along with his business partner, Chris. Robert is Married to a really cool chick named Maria and has to beautiful children. His wife and children are the most beautiful wife and children there are. No one else’s wife and children are as beautiful. He likes camping and hiking with his family. He loves to take trips and go on vacations, probably, if he ever got to go I’m sure he would love it. Most people do. He may find out some day. When he is not working he spends almost all of his free time thinking about work and also doing work for work when he is home. When he is not thinking about, or doing work for work, that means he is most likely trying to fall asleep, but while thinking about his customers and their vehicles.
Chris, or “Professor Chris” we call him, also owns and operates Panhandle Eurotech along side his wonderful and talented and good looking Business partner, Robert. Chris has an awesome wife named Desirae who is from Los Angeles. It was quite the culture shock for her when she moved to Amarillo TX. They have lots and lots of kids who they love dearly and spend all of their free time with. They love having parties with themes and game nights. They have an older home they bought that Chris has really enjoyed working on and fixing up and digging in the back yard and pooring concrete and replacing things that have broke already and remodeling the entire basement due to a water leak. But when he is not doing that his passion is wood. He has a quaint little wood working shop he has set up that you will find him in on the evenings and weekends.
Bob is our Assistant Manager/parts person/estimator/office janitor/workflow administrator, and our longest tenured team member. He pretty much runs the show and is a valuable person to have on our team. He has been with his wife Sarah for –

I don’t know why he had to do math but Sarah would be proud. His wife is a nurse and takes good care of him. They love to take drives through the country side on the weekends, he is an avid record collector, loves to BBQ and smoke meat as well as take good care of his wife. The go on trips down south to visit family and to Colorado just for fun. I wonder why Colorado? He says he used to live there.
Evan is one of our technicians. He does great inspections and helps keep people safe on the road. Him and his girlfriend Amber are currently raising a young puppy together. It seems to be going well as I have not noticed any of his uniforms chewed up yet. In his spare time he loves to eat cheez-its and gold fish. There is never a shortage of snacks around his tool box. We have small buffet set up out there. Those young guys and their high metabolisms. Not fair! Evan and Amber enjoy playing video games and going to Colorado for family visits.
Brandon is the quietest of the 3 techs. So, that’s all I know about him.
This is Mark! Mark is the face, and the voice of Panhandle Eurotech. He is our service writer extraordinaire. He has a true servants heart and cares deeply about the customers he interacts with. He has been a great hand for Panhandle EuroTech and has the most positive outlook on everything. In his free time he rides motorcycles with his son. He is an avid shooting sports fanatic. In fact, when we have a family day or work outing, the only way to get him to participate is to find a clay shooting event for us to go to. Other wise, he is out. He has a career in body shops writing service and estimating and we are so grateful that he made the switch to automotive service writing. It is a lot less stressful for him as well. Plus we are great to work for so that helps.
Meet Trevor! Trevor is a technician here at Panhandle Eurotech. He has an eye for quality and is very meticulous, about everything. Nothing leaves his bay unless it is perfect. Since perfection is the enemy of completion. we are hoping he can get these cars back on the road some time soon. Just Kidding. He hustles like no one else around and always has a smile on his face. In his spare time he likes to play games on the computer, hang with the other guys from work, and stare at his vintage R32 Nissan Skyline GTR that sits in the garage hoping that some day it will be perfect enough to be considered complete. He is always a treat to be around, unless you are someone who scratched the paint on his car. We are confident in everything he does and he has never let us, or our customers down.
Ok I know more, but I really have to get it out of him. He has a great attitude and is a pleasure to work with. In his free time he enjoys. . . . . . . Ok lets go this way, he likes to run all the hours here at the shop and has an old AMC Javelin that is the best example of one that have ever seen. The thing is a cherry. I think he likes tinkering with it on the weekends, I think. He has a wonderful girlfriend named ZÖe. I hope I got that right. I actually got to meet her once after he was with us for about a year. Maybe one day he will let us talk to her! Lol. When asked about what he likes to do in his time at home he was quoted as saying “absolutely nothing”. Also, video games, which is the same thing.
