Traveling I-40 from LA to Cape Cod I had some software issues come up on the dash in my 2016 Range Rover Sport Turbo Diesel and was able to stop in Amarillo and talk with Mark who told me to bring it in the next day, when I arrived they took it right in and gave me an Uber back to the hotel and for the return the next day when they had the problems resolved, Bob went over everything with me recommended that I get in touch with Bob Moore Land Rover in Oklahoma City as they would be able to verify the codes being a Rover dealership which I did end up doing, simply great service from Panhandle Eurotech….knowledgeable and honest, highly recommended, thanks guys👍

We were driving through town and had issues with our vehicle. Panhandle Eurotech worked me into their schedule and kept me so informed through the entire process. I have been to a lot of mechanics, but these guys take service to a whole new level. Even though I live several hours away, I will certainly be heading back for any work I need done on my cars! They're always extremely honest and reliable on every repair / maintenance activity we've done on our vehicles throughout the years.

I really enjoy that I have a wonderful place to take my Maserati!! They kept me updated on shipped parts and have great prices. They really take care of their customers. What I love the most is the phone call a day or two after they service it and ask how its running. They really take pride in their work and have 5 star from me for True customer service and satisfaction!!

I have taken my BMW and Mercedes here. They do great work, fast turnaround at a much better value then the dealerships. I have used other shops in the Amarillo area, but THIS is the only place I will bring my cars to now.

Now we have had a second very positive experience when mice put dry dog food into our heating and air on the car. Bob made at least two followup calls. the problem required the entire dash to be removed but the result was excellent. i highly recommend

I can't say enough about these guys. I was travelling up to Colorado and had a clunky noise in the front end of my Honda Accord. This is never a good sign, so I went to the shop at 8am and they took me right in. They were very welcoming from the start and quickly diagnosed the problem. It took them at least a half hour, but they did not charge me anything. Great people!

Dropped my 2017 VW in for an oil change and service. They had it done in about 2 hours. Good experience.

I can’t believe the outstanding job they did on my car. I will absolutely be bringing my cars there every time and I genuinely urge anyone especially if you have a BMW to take your car here first!

Diagnosed wrong parts from previous work at another shop, replaced with the correct parts. Truck was ready next day which was a day ahead of estimated time!! Fast friendly reliable service

I took my 2016 Audi A3, with a high speed vibration to Panhandle Eurotech, the folks had it for a day, and performed a number of diagnostic test to rule out all possible issues. Mechanically the car was sound, it turned out to be aftermarket wheels causing the issue. The shop chose to give me the car back @ no charge with the simple promise to continue to consider them for any future issues and maintenance. I will be back. Excellent service and almost hourly updates on resolutions. Professional.

I have taken my vehicles to Eurotech for some years now and they have always been professional and upfront on the costs and schedule of repairs or maintenance. I appreciate that they are always ready whenever the appointment is scheduled and also that they keep me updated on inspections via text and e-mail attached with images. I have recommended them in the past without hesitation.

These guys are absolute experts and if I still lived in Amarillo I would be going to them with my BMW. When I first bought my BMW I took it to them and they fixed a few problems that I knew of when I bought it. Absolutely professional and excellent at what they do.

Little expensive for the amount of work that I had done..... But other than that superb customer service, and quality of work. It's a trade off lol. Would still recommend for anyone with a foreign car

I brought my wife's Audi Q7 S-Line in for service. I was having issue's with the AC and with the engine . These guys quickly diagnosed the problem. They Literally went through the entire vehicle and inspected for wear .They even took pictures of the entire inspection and findings. This type of service blew my mind . I was very impressed with panhandle Eurotech. When my vehicle was ready I did not have a ride .These guys arranged a Uber to pick me up free of charge. Its been 6 weeks since I got my Audi repaired . So Far so good ! Will definitely do Business again !

I was on a cross country move when one night my power steering went. I was super nervous as the towing company said it would be hard to get someone to work on a Mercedes on short notice. We had to get on the road quickly to start our new jobs and Eurotech got us in the next morning and on the road within a few hours. We made it back to our new home on time and without a hitch. Amazing, quick service and I loved the subtle humor from David which made a stressful situation easier on us. Thanks so much to these folks !!

We were traveling to Denver on a last minute trip from Austin and we tried to get an oil change in Austin before the trip. Unfortunately after trying 4 different places - we were forced to leave without the work being done. We were planning to stop half-way in Amarillo and decided to try out luck there. I found Panhandle Eurotech and was able to make an appointment for first thing the next morning. When I arrived in the morning they were clearly doing well as they had a full shop. I explained my situation and they promised to do what they could to get us going as quickly as possible. At this point I figured I was stuck there waiting, but instead - Robert (the owner) offered me a ride back to my hotel. I settled in to get some work done and no sooner had I gotten through my first meeting - I got a call that they were done and that Robert was on his way back to get me! Great service and friendly staff - I highly recommend them for any service needs on your European import!

Great attention to detail -- better prices & better service than the local BMW dealership. Honest & straightforward. They didn't charge me to look at my car & find my problem, even though it turns out they didn't need to do any work. Dealership won't even answer the phone unless you pay them. I've been back half a dozen times. These are good guys, very experienced with BMWs and they really know what they're doing.

These are the go-to guys for working on my granddaughter's Volvo! They have worked on it a couple times. Each time they let me know what is wrong, what it will cost to fix, and how long it will take. They are seldom wrong. They give you the old parts they replaced (if you want to see them or hang them on the wall!) and also provide pictures of the work they did.

Working on foreign cars typically is a little more expensive, but these folks do their best to keep the costs reasonable!

Driving from Dallas, 200 miles from here, transmission light came on. Found Chris who local dodge dealer said was expert. Held us a opening since we were on the road and 2+hours away. What a savior to our trip to Colorado! Utmost professional, and expert indeed.

Chris and co. really took care of me. I drive a 1995 Mercedes-Benz E420. Most mechanics have looked at me like I'm driving a ghost ship, they have no idea what to do to fix things on my car. Chris fixed my AC for $800 less than multiple quotes from other mechanics in town. I also got new front breaks and still spent less than I expected to spend on the AC alone. They are friendly, reasonable and expert. Super happy.

Took my just purchased 2007 Land Rover to them for A/C problem, and check out the brakes.They gave me a pre-work estimate (which I appreciated). They called me after checking out the problems and told me what was found, and what I needed to have done. The work was completed the same day. Great folks to do business with. Had my first visit to Panhandle Eurotech today for my Subaru Forester. They were wonderful! Great employees, location, facility, and service. I will definitely be back.

Left home hauling our Jeep and hoping to have it fixed along the way. We have had our Jeep to the dealership in Arkansas with no results or solutions. Traveling thru Amarillo on our way to Moab, a dealership in Amarillo suggested Panhandle Euro Tech since they wouldn’t be able to check out Jeep for several days.

Bob Nicholson at Panhandle Euro Tech worked us right in. He had answers to our problems, even though only a dealership can install the part, he gave us the part number and showed us how to bypass the problem until we can get it fixed.

AND he did not charge us, because they didn’t fix it!!!!
